In 1858, goldsmith Jacques Arbenz opened a jewelry store with a workshop in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, near the German border. Our policy runs for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
